1. Subscriptions

All meal subscriptions are recurring on the duration you select (weekly or monthly). Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled with 24 hours notice via WhatsApp or email.

2. Delivery

Delivery is free across Dubai on every subscription — there is no zone surcharge and no minimum order. We deliver within Dubai only. Subscription meals arrive as one delivery each morning, in an insulated thermal bag, ready to reheat when you want them.

Single meals ordered on demand through our delivery partners are a separate service, delivered hot in around 30 minutes. Those times are set by the platform and are best-effort.

3. Food safety & allergens

All meals are cooked in a Dubai Municipality–licensed kitchen. While we flag allergens on every meal card, our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, nuts and eggs. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

4. Payments & refunds

We accept bank transfer, card link, Apple Pay and cash. Weekly packs are payable in advance for the week ahead. Our 100% first-meal guarantee applies to your first order — if you're not satisfied, we refund it. Subsequent meal refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Medical disclaimer

Our meals are designed with input from dietitians but are not a substitute for personalised medical advice. Diabetic, pregnant or chronically ill members should consult their doctor before changing their diet.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL.
