MyHealthyMeals started with one terrifying number.
How Farheen Inamdar built a meal delivery brand out of a personal scare with her husband's diabetes — and the realisation that if she couldn't keep on top of his diet, no Dubai family could.

One alarming number.
That was the bottom line on a routine lab report — a blood-sugar reading high enough to signal real complications on the way.
My husband's diabetes had been well-controlled for years. I'd kept it there through careful home cooking — brown rice, controlled portions, no refined sugar, no sugary additions to anything. It worked. He was well.
Then life happened. The family business demanded more time. Three children needed more attention. Day-to-day diet management slipped to second priority. And one routine blood test came back alarming — his blood sugar control had drifted in a way that meant real complications were on the way.
That was the moment that became MyHealthyMeals.
Because here's what I realised: if a wife who already knew how to cook for a diabetic could lose the battle to busy life — what chance did anyone else have? Dubai professionals juggling work, family and faith. Working parents like me with no Sunday left. New diabetics handed a diagnosis and a one-page leaflet by a busy doctor. We were all quietly losing the same fight.
So I built the kitchen I wished I'd had. Dietitian-designed meals, no refined sugar, no shortcuts — cooked fresh daily and delivered each morning in a thermal bag to Dubai homes and offices. Not only for my husband. For anyone whose diet was slipping through the cracks. And just as importantly, for anyone who wanted to never get to that alarming reading in the first place: preventive support, before the warning signs arrive.

MyHealthyMeals isn't a kitchen that appeared overnight. The Inamdar family has run A.G. Suleman Usman Mithaiwala — a 100+ year-old Indian sweets house — for over a century. Four generations of running a food business where ingredient quality, hygiene discipline and respect for the eater are the only standards that matter.
That's the same discipline that goes into every MyHealthyMeals plate — adapted for modern, health-conscious Dubai eating. A century of food craft, applied to the problem of keeping a family well-fed in a busy city.

Make healthy food the easiest food in Dubai.
Dubai has world-class gyms, clinics, supplements and dietitians. What it doesn't have is a consistent way to put a clean, dietitian-portioned, halal meal in front of someone three times a day — without willpower, without prep, without Sunday meal-prep guilt.
We started in a single Business Bay kitchen with one promise: real food, built around your goals. Our macro-curated meals are cooked fresh the morning they're delivered — never frozen, never from yesterday. Everything arrives in one morning delivery, packed in a premium insulated thermal bag, so you can reheat and eat whenever you're ready.
The menu is built in consultation with a network of dietitians and nutrition colleagues — many of them friends and professional contacts who joined the mission because they see the same diabetes-, weight- and lifestyle-disease patterns we do across Dubai.

MyHealthyMeals was founded by Farheen Inamdar in Dubai. She started it after a routine lab report showed her husband's long-controlled blood sugar had drifted during a period when the family business and three children left no time for the careful home cooking that had kept him well.
Because if someone who already knew how to cook for a diabetic could lose that battle to a busy life, most people had little chance. The brand exists to be the kitchen Farheen wished she had had — dietitian-designed meals with no refined sugar and no shortcuts, for Dubai professionals and families whose diets slip through the cracks, and for anyone who wants preventive support before the warning signs arrive.
The Inamdar family has run A.G. Suleman Usman Mithaiwala, an Indian sweets house over 100 years old, for four generations. MyHealthyMeals applies that same discipline around ingredient quality and hygiene to modern, health-conscious Dubai eating.
